This collaborative program is designed to empower participants to define and refine their principles and processes across seven foundational areas of aesthetic business management. By the end of the program, participants will gain a clear understanding of each business foundation and develop a strategic vision to guide their practice toward success.


This small group program offers a structured yet collaborative environment where participants can learn from both the expert facilitator and their peers. By the end of the program, participants will have a well-defined strategic vision tailored to their unique business needs, along with actionable processes to support sustainable growth.

Program Breakdown

Purpose

To help participants identify, articulate, and build their own principles and processes in the seven foundational areas of aesthetic business operations. The program fosters clarity, strategic direction, and actionable steps for enhancing each foundational element.

Key Foundations Evaluated

  1. Guiding Principles: Establishing core values and mission.

  2. List of Services: Defining and optimizing service offerings.

  3. Marketing Message: Crafting effective communication strategies.

  4. Operational Processes: Streamlining workflows for efficiency.

  5. People Processes: Enhancing team dynamics and management.

  6. Financial Processes: Strengthening financial planning and tracking.

  7. Business Review Processes: Implementing systems for ongoing evaluation and improvement.

 

Participant Experience

Participants will engage in a structured process that includes:

Group Meetings:

Virtual calls with a class of 4-6 participants and Dr. B.

Each meeting will focus on one foundational area, including curriculum content, business review discussions, and task assignments for follow-up work

​

One-on-One Calls:

Each participant will have two 30-minute individual calls with Dr. B to address personalized needs and challenges.

​

​Homework Assignments:

Participants will complete 1-2 hours of tasks per session to report back during subsequent meetings.

Schedule

  1. Introductory Meeting:

    • Brief orientation to set expectations and goals.

  2. Biweekly Group Meetings:

    • Seven virtual sessions (90 minutes each) held every two weeks at a regularly scheduled time.

  3. ​​Individual Calls: Scheduled separately for personalized guidance.

Estimated Time Commitment

Group meetings:   90 mins biweekly

Homework:            1-2 hrs per session

Individual calls:     Two 30-min sessions
